if your looking to make a multi compatibility stick i'd buy the 360 one. microsoft makes it like freaking hard to get stuff that's not supposed to work on their systems to work. basically a pcb is what lets the buttons tell the system to do, they make special pcb's to get a stick to work on other systems via soldering wires to solder points. i have a cthulu and imp board in mine so it works on ps3, 360, and currently ps2 because of a connector my friend made for me. go for the 360 if you want a dual compatibility mod(360 and ps3)
