Well lol, dude CS Ragna is actually pretty easy to work with. CS Noel still has plenty of potential from what I've noticed in the time I was messing around with her. You gotta remember dude, I'm me when it comes to Noel, I don't give up on her and just look at where willpower propelled me with Noel in CT. If I could be the special Noel in CT, damnit I will be the special Noel in CS too! >:D If one thing hasn't changed, it's the fact that it requires a VERY rare and circumstantial situation for me to drop a character I've been maining for at least a month, I've been maining Noel for over a year.
