I haven't been able to play with either because I'm poor cheapfag and just got a fighting stick 3 instead. It may be baby stick but it serves me well.

Guilty Gear + YT vids of gameplay during the days leading up to CT's US release. As for Guilty Gear, I got into that because sister bought it and I tried it out. I liked the idea of 2D fighting but SF was too... something. Didn't like it. Guilty Gear, as much as I sucked at it (and still do) just clicked with me.

Well I don't mind the tracks how they are; I mean just now above I made the decision on splitting Sword of Doom. So long as we're given the whole it's not so hard to split them into the parts, so to speak. I think of it as a learning process. ^_^ On that note, that's really how I've used your tabs, or really all tabs period: I use them to help figure out what the notes themselves are, then figure out myself how I want to play them. Take Rebellion, for instance: once I read what the notes were, I went about deciding if I wanted to try and learn the sections as written or "moved around". The verse for example, I play most of it up on the middle of the neck as opposed to high up at the 12th fret area. Then I use that verse to gradually move myself up to play the bridge around the 12th, then I play the chorus mostly as written, with as you said "adjustments for play style". It makes me feel more like I'm playing an instrument by using tabs this way.

Well I'm sure it's POSSIBLE, just HARD. And I figure the best route to take, or best lazy route, would be to play two guitar parts: one playing one string and one the other. Like on that chord you mentioned, one would play the 9 and the other play the 12. Then they blend together... Honestly I THOUGHT there were two guitars playing lead while listening to it, at least in the chorus, but I'm pretty sure my musical ear still needs work anyway. <_<;

Yeah, I noticed that the lead only uses the 7th string twice throughout the whole song (for a two-string chord on the 18th fret) so I thought it'd be doable. However it still looks REALLY hard so I might wait on trying it out seriously. @_@ Just thinking about playing all those two-string chords so fast makes me go cross-eyed. Thanks again for everything you've done here by the way. Keep on rockin'.

Sword of Doom is possibly my favorite song to come out of CS. Coming here to a tab of it is like waking up on Christmas day ;_; ... And then seeing it's for a 7 stringed guitar is like finding out Christmas was canceled ;o; And as for Keep the Flag Flying, work as you please. I'd feel bad about having something I requested done before stuff requested earlier, but if it's closer to completion then do as you wish. I'm a patient person, I'm just happy you accepted it. ^^;

Know this topic doesn't get much attention, but no where else to ask. I was messing around on guitar earlier and coulda sworn I managed to play, like, first six notes of Howling Moon's chorus (YOU KNOW THE PART). Was wondering if anyone could verify that my ears are correct. Simple tab: b|-------------9-10--12--- g|-11---10-11------------- As someone who qualifies as beginner, I would be very surprised if this actually did sound legit to anyone else. As well as proud.

To Beast: I seriously love you*. Started practicing a guitar a while ago. Still not "there" yet, but one of my goals is to play these songs some day, and you've really helped with that. So to you, thanks. As well... I remember you mentioning that you were working on a tab of Keep the Flag Flying. This is my FAVORITE GG song, and one I'd definitely love to play. I was wondering if it wasn't finished yet, could I make a request for it? Disregard if you don't feel like working on it; I can see by this thread that you're a very busy man. I'd understand. *Please don't take that the wrong way. And to Redoubt: That cover was AWESOME. Seriously. Guitar was kinda quiet at the start while the drums were a bit loud, but still, great.
