Well the events I stated earlier haven't started yet (Bernard/raynex and russell have to get back at me with that) but right now HQ is available from saturdays to thursdays. A SRK guy is having a AE/3s/MVC3 tourny at HQ on sat 8th. Bernard has a key to HQ so he opens up randomly during the week for players so I'll have to talk to him about that too. I have 1 ps2 and 2 working ps2 sticks at HQ so you would probably need someone to bring another setup for gg. Does bbc2 need any dlc data or do you just need the game? Pui: Thats cool. Just let me know

Pui/Sapphire: How would you guys feel about having tournies at HQ? Ive got a few ppl that will be hosting their own upcoming themed tournaments (MK9 Round Robin night, smash tourny night, sf night etc.) Most of you have already been there so you know about the size. That I'm not sure. 2 out of the 3 boxes at HQ are banned and the one not banned has an expired live account. I still have to figure out how to apply the patch to all the boxes. For now, I'll just bring my box on the weekends. EDIT: Would anyone be interested in having a 51inch rear projection tv for free? The bulb is dim so the screen can be a bit dark/burry...but its free. Reason being is we need more room at HQ and it would be great if someone would take it.

To make a thread on srk using number notations is straight up ignorance. Capcom players grew up with much different notations (qcf, fb motion, dp, forward down down forward) so of course you would experience hostility when introducing something new...kinda like here. A lot of ppl use it now but ppl go with whats more comfortable. You guys only think the number notation is gods gift cuz most of you started out with it. Gety is GADlike. It has the best BB/GG scene in Canada so why bother going anywhere else. Fuck opportunities Sapphire: I honestly understand why you feel that way. You've been burnt out from being pretty much the main gg tounry organizer for 90% of its lifetime and had to deal with alot of shit. But what I don't understand is how anyone else (these new guys for example) can feel the same way. If you're (general term, not picking on ppl) given a chance to expand this tight-knit community just by a little, then its always worth it. Theres gonna be alot haters and "scrubs" who say they "might" play and never do but the chance of getting even one person who wants to be serious would be worth dragging the equipment and making the trip down. I'm pretty sure going to gety in this harsh weather is just as tough right?
