This match-up chart can't be right...at least not completely. How can Ragna not have a bad match-up AT ALL, while Valk and Haku are in HIS favor?! As a Ragna main since CT, I can't understand how he could have improved that much, if that can be explained or referenced(in case it was already stated, and I missed it.) that would be great.
