first off, you're using too much solder. Secondly you're shorting a connection (actually 2) in the TE board. Thirdly, you MUST CONNECT THE GROUND WIRE. You do not use the Sground wire. it is not a ground connection in the USB. You need the ground wire there in the GND hole not the SGND as that SGround is acutally just wire sheilding Try to use less solder http://s924.photobucket.com/albums/ad88/mr_mortified/?action=view¤t=hhh005.png red is where i can see shorting, disconnect the solder between the areas and use less solder in general
