  1. Yes. When I was watching other people play Hnk. When they did a blowback and auto-boosted, I glanced down to see their meter, and I always saw it draining. And I've never seen anyone do the auto-boost with an empty meter. Now, while I was playing, I was too busy to look at my boost meter, after I do an auto-boost, trying to figure out a good blowback combo for Mamiya. But I noticed that I couldn't do the auto-boost when I didn't have the meter. But I'm not 100% confident of this, cause I can't tell what I'm doing on Ed's sticks. Can't hear the clicks or feel the corners.
  2. Played some more today. Tenshou Honretsu, It looks to have full invcibility through startup and active, till recovery. Not super armor. I've seen Shin do his Power Geyser super right on top of Raoh, then Raoh do Tenshou Honretsu. Raoh whiffs over Shin's head, then finally gets hit by the last few remaining hits of Shin's Power Geyser. But I might be crazy. I know for a fact, that when I was playing Mamiya, no amount of helmets, arrows, yoyos, or spikes stoped it. I suppose the next time I play, I'll make sure we actually test this for real.
  3. matchup chart, based of your vs. 2 player. play alot of vs 2p till it changes. make sure you save.
  4. It would help to know what character you use, and you should probably take that kind of question to the charactor specific forums
  5. Perrhaps your problem isn't LustShaker, but your overall game. Maybe you need to work on your footsie, zoning, poking, turtling, presure, and all that jazz. Back when, I use to get beat all the time by my friend, who played Chipp. All he did was running 2P*n into either tick throw or sweep. Then the next time we meet, I perfect him all the time. I didn't learn any new combos or anything. I was just became an overall better player, since we last fought. I knew my ranges better, my execution was tighter, I flowed better. yadda yadda yadda FD block to guard against ground based attacks from the air.
  6. Hit them as they are recovering from LustShaker. Or hit them while they are in LustShaker. You can even block and punish. And if they are comboing in to LustShaker, then block low till you see the overhead. And be happy they aren't comboing in to something worser.
  7. We all still beat him, but it's hilarious that he mashes out these kind of combos. Like, what are we doing here practicing in our training modes? We really should just join our DDR clubs and play some Pop n'
  8. I have a friend, he totally does not play Guilty Gear. He mostly plays Bemani games. He mashes when he plays, but he is some how able to mash out these crazy combos. Some examples: With Jam, running 6P(1hit)-f.S-c.S-6HS(1hit, RC), j.S>236K>623K>236K With Baikan, running TK.DoSomething(rc), K-D(frc), ad.S-D With Bridget, iad.CallBack, P-P, land, StarShip(frc), 6S, j.S-2S, j.S-2S>StarShip What's up with that? I look at his hands while he's playing, he's truely mashing. Too much IIDX or something. Bemani skill is transferable to fighting games. I think the damage from Millia's standard ground to air combo is even bigger, and leads to knockdown and a mixup back in to it.
