Hard Corps Uprising is based on Contra Hard Corps in name only (Hell, it's barely even a Contra game, what with stealth missions and melee characters, among other things). It seems more similar to Contra 3 when I look at it than CHC, honestly. You should at least give it a shot before dismissing it like everyone else, which is a shame because it's a really good game.

Cheese taught me how to play Aoko. Not that it matters now cuz I still suck.

Is that palette-swap Ms. Frizzle? I remember one Hazama telling another Hazama to go to a nonexistent BB photoshoot or something along those lines. Unless there were three of you, I take it you were the victim in that situation?

If there is a new GG game coming out, it will more likely be an Overture sequel, as Arcsys said that's where they would like the series to go. (Comment was directed more toward Onblast.) You still looking for a 2D game to main Jian? MK is about the same speed as Calibur and bears a lot of similarities to Tekken (and thus, also Calibur) so this might be a good fit for you.

Wow, you're right, lol, I can't get the demo to accept control changes and a lot of moves/fatalities don't seem to work for me, not to mention the infinites/glitches that have already been found. Now what am I supposed to play for the next month?! I like the game though, just wish there was a training mode in the demo to use for practice. I've said it before, but what MK totally needs is a "cute" girl- it'll change the way we all look at fatalities.

I will be bringing MK9 demo. We will have MK9 demo tournament.
