Pick Ragna. Sorry You can try baiting his DP and punishing (but make sure you have charge, so it will hurt him). He will eventually stop doing it, then you can get in with some mixups. You just have to be way smarter player to beat Ragnas consistently, he's like Tsubaki with infinite charge, but better.

Her j.236x is not an overhead (I think every Tsubaki player believed it is in the beginning ;]). The same goes for her j.214 series.
