Any tips on how to properly IAD during combos for a pad player?

Is there a good number of folks from the US playing online and if so how is the netcode? My bad if this the wrong thread but I'm trying to figure out if it's worth getting the game.

Good games to those I played in ranked. I haven't played ZONG_one in forever so that was cool. Nice quitting from miss_green_jeans after I caught you in a gold burst that would of won me the game. Your Bang is terrible and you should feel worse for sucking since CT.
