I feel like Jin is a solid character that is as good as the player who is attempting to use him. He's got the tools still, it's just harder to confirm damage like in CT/CS2 because of his mid-screen/aerial nerfs, along with a few other things. He's definitely a hard character to win with, I think it's a stretch to say he's bad... I sure as hell wouldn't ever get a win with him if that was the case. Makoto, Relius and Tsubaki kind of might be the only characters that can use the bad character os, but even that is debatable, especially in comparison to the travesty that was CS1 Rachel and Tsubaki, or Tager throughout this game's lifespan excluding EX. Neo needs a "Real Talk" award, for always posting true shit whenever he does decide to step in.

Plat isn't low tier from what I remember, she's a solid A- tier character.

According to Gio, disconnects only accumulating from your disconnects is XBL exclusive, so yeah, my mistake there.

I heard that disconnects only get added onto your d-card when you are the one that disconnects/ragequits. Unless you just mean that you disconnect mid-way for some unknown reason and don't want that to effect your card, which makes sense.
