I agree. Toasty, your theory is very plausible and I would like to see it come to fruition. -

lol at how the second half of tagers story is exactly the same as the beginning of lambdas story word for word. -
Othello is her hobby? Oh wow, I really cannot wait to see her joke ending. Also, I just realized........ Continuum Shift 2 is the arcade version of the DLC and balance patch, so what if that patch adds in arcade mode for the DLC characters? They will obviously have an arcade mode in the arcade version.... Maybe we will get lucky and get a story mode with them.

well that rules out her release being hinted at in her birthday.......... hmmm, can i have link to this 'official profile'? Or at least a list of the info from it?

Blazblue: Short Stories and Novel Discussion

Bangs story is awesome. I guess that is hinting that the Nail is the Nox? -
2. The boundary and what it does is stll one of the big mysteries of BB. Presumably it is a 'meta Dimension' that can be accessed through a cauldron (which is a door way into the boundary) The boundary has no sense of time, it is limit less in every direction, and because of the cauldrons, all timelines 'meet there' it has peculiar side effects. The boundary seems to house some kind of great power at the cost of detoriating the mind and body of those who dwell in it. In the heart of the boundary is the Azure, which is kind of like a life stream. Its where all the souls go, or so i believe. The Azure is basically the afterlife, kind of like the Buddhist belief of Nirvana. The Prime Feild Devices were made to explore the Boundary, much like how we make probes to explore space. We cant survive in those conditions, so we made machines instead. One of those machines discovered the Azure. Somehow, by coming into contact with the Azure (the lifestream, the source and ending point of all souls) it gained a soul of its own. Even though it was only supposed to be a machine. Hazama hints that after this, the scientists gave more Prime Fields souls by throwing them into the azure, as it gave them power and strength. (in BB souls seem to be VERY powerful, kind of like Blood Magic in fantasy settings, using souls in BB is morally wrong as it requires sacrifice, but is considerably powerful. By getting a soul from the Azure, they seem to be stronger than just normal souls, and being machines, they can manipulate their personal soul energy in ways humans cannot.) The smelting Process is what turns the Prime Field into a weapon. After it has its soul, its emotions are canceled out in the smelting process, they are turned completely obedient, and they are given/create weapons that interface with their tech so that they can make the most use of their soul (azure) energy. Of course, the weaponized form of a prime field is known as a Murakumo. The Azure Grimoire/Blaz Blue, is a 'portable cauldron' that I believe has direct access to the Azure. I am confident that what it does is pull soul energy out of the Azure through the cauldron, and through that aids the weilder. At the same time it has an inverse effect, as it also sucks in the soul energy of those around the Azure Grimoire. This is why Ragna and his enemies lose life, their soul energy is being absorbed by the Azure Grimoire, while ragna pulls soul energy directly out of the Azure itself to aid him. This is my understanding of it. I may not have described as well as I meant to, just ask me to clarify something and I will.

In his Bad end, his 'cauldron' (grimoire, blazblue, whatever you want to call it) went haywire and berserk, just like it did to form the Black Beast. Since he only had 'half' of the fake Blazblue, I would assume he could only be 'half' of the black beast. He was the body but he lacked the heart.
-
Given how messed up Relius is with his obsession with experiments, I wouldnt be surprised if he found a way to never age........Maybe he made himself a new body like he did hazama.
-
Or he could just want to perform sick twisted experiments on Arakune, its kind of what he has a reputation for, you know?
-
Yeah, she seems to have a thing for Ragna, which makes shit kind of creepy........ I wouldnt be surprised if that relationship/concept was used as fodder for a joke ending in BB3
-
Awesome, so with this info in hand, I can only assume that Life Links in BB are very strong and permanent. Nu, when she returns, is going to either have to join the good guys, or her and Ragna both have to die in the end. Same with Noel and Hazama/Terumi. That said, I get the suspicion that Life Links are somehow related to the Boundary and if so, Bang may be the key and secret to Saving everyones ass in the end. (Imagines Custscene In BB3, Ragna is getting owned by Nu. "Futile, Life Link Established, I cannot die as long as you live. Now come together......FUSE!" Then bang appears out of nowhere and kicks her out of the way! Reppu starts playing in the background. He starts saying awesome things, pulls out his nail, impales Nu, destroying the life link, and then finishes by defeating her. Yeah, Bang saves the day......Only in my dreams..... )

Now that I think about it, Hakumen probably doesnt remember. He says himself in both Rachels and his own story that the boundary still holds many of his his memories, and that his past is 'foggy' and full of holes. The biggest example I can remember is when Rachel is telling him about Noel and he says something along the lines of "Even though the boundary has taken many of my memories, I KNOW that I do not know that girl!" Arakune also says something to Hakumen about how his "perception of the past has deteriorated as well." That said, from the summaries and synopsis's i have read for phase 0, Bloodedge didnt interact that much with any of the heroes aside from Jubei. He was also the 'unsung hero' of the war. Not many people really knew about him, because at this part of the war, everyone was still hiding. Humanity didn't really fight back until the invention of Ars Magus, which came after his death, as we see in CS story. This also does not conflict with Hakumens short story either, or any other supplemental material with ragna being slain as the black beast. Why? Bloodedge isnt just 'killed' he is eaten and 'absorbed' by the Black Beast. They basically fuse anyways. After he died and Ars Magus was finished, the war began in earnest, and then the 6 heroes REALLY began to fight back, and Humanity was able to take the beast down. Then Terumi betrayed everyone. Its simple, you just got to remember the series of events.
-
It was pretty obvious that Ragna was Bloodedge given CS story drawing so many similarities ("God only knows whos soul this actually is..." "I will fight.....as a human....Until the very end!") I just need to know how well they pull it off.
-
that seems to be the case. I hope shit doesnt get too messed up (Ragna is his own father level of messed up....yeah) Personally, I am fine with everything so far, as long as they have a good reason for no one mentioning or knowing this up to this point.

From what i can make out of that summary, it basically reiterates alot of stuff we already know, heres the google translate, enjoy picking it apart. It was konozama, suddenly buy mate. It was more for us to buy three copies of the same story (laughs)! ! Time axis, so the truth of the mysterious beast black pause was about it. List of characters appear Playable Laguna, Rachel, Meng Hak, Varukenhain Sub Nine (Konoe), sister (Celica), Jubei (Mitsu Yoshi), Trinity Reriusu Only fiction Aya luck (his sister's magic guru) Jubei edge from Brad had to say about the flow of Laguna ... there was a person? Black beast was the passage? But such is the Ru .... Such as memory loss were not disclosed ... why that? Had to say where the church is also found in Laguna where black beast defeated. Laguna reunion Celica wait ... ('; ω; `) Terminus but, I use illustrations deaths Hmmmmm! ! The Good Men and Haku Varukenhain personally. Hak Men are not 100% but still sealed state, an intimidating inside Majiyabe Well ... hot global Tta Date. But that is Varukenhain pointy hair, cool to. Sooo good! Ah ... But Walter, what are you doing? Laguna is probably Ragna, Varukenhain is obviously valkenhyne, the rest are close enough to figure out.
-
so if Ragna held off the Black Beast for over a year, why does hakumen continue to insist on calling Ragna "the dark one" , "the beast", and "the destroyer"?
-
OMG tell us what you know! I can wait for a more proper translation, but in the meantime, give us your understanding of how events in the book went down.

It's official: The music in BlazBlue was made to be slower.
InfinityClimax replied to Jesuszilla's topic in Zepp Museum
I think they sound better at normal speed. The only thing that sounds better is lust sins piano segment, but just the piano. -
The Ikaruga Civil war was a long ass war, and according to the timeline, started only 10 years after the black beast was slain.
-
JUST FIGURED SOMETHING OUT! Hakumen couldnot have been the jin from CT. Why? In Hakumens story in CS he is having reservations about 9 creating ars magus, saying he does not know how such a device could work if it draws energy from the black beasts seither. He thinks it might cause everyone to go mad. This is a parodox in a big way, maybe even a plot hole? Why? Because Hakumen-Jin was still part of the NOL. Tsubaki was his Secretary instead of noel. Soooooooo The NOL should not have existed in Hakumens original timeline (when he was jin), because there were no ars magus, if there were ars magus from the timeline he came from, he would not have reservations or be wary of it, and he would certainly know how the tech worked.

I dont exactly understand your first question, but as for the second one: Saya wants a 'world of death' where events are permanent. No timeloops, no do overs, no continuum shifts. Thats one of the reasons why takahamagara's power was taken.
