This will include the printing, laminating film, and the chains. :D It was 150 for the BB Keychains Committee because the 50 went to me buying a laminator. :v I guess the poses here MAY be the ones in their character select/special portrait but I think it's better if the poses are more free; this will be up to the artist. I want Saki, Heart, and Akane. I'm not even sure if I can draw all of them on time so yea, just talk to me on YM for details. c: ----- Received more details about the con. Cosmania is at SMX (that building near the church at Mall of Asia). Function rooms 3-5. That's... pretty big. Most of the booths are taken and me and Gelo were discussing which booths are okay. According the the details, the booths are of 2m x 2m in size. Booths at the corner of a certain block costs 7K while the ones in the middle are at 6k. I think this is already for both days. I suggest that it's better to get the 7k one since we'll get more advertising space and it sucks being in between two shops since we're a gaming booth. We'll also need more space for the stations. Still waiting for more details but I'll post here to keep everyone updated.

Bookmarks Committee: Me and Mark were able to discuss a few details about this last night and I kinda said that it's okay if not all the characters get to have bookmarks. Famous pairings (ex; Ragna/Jin, Ragna/Rachel, Tsubaki/Hakumen, etc.) are a-okay along with famous groupings (ex; Tsubaki/Makoto/Noel, Ragna/Jin/Hazama, etc.). There's more freedom for this one but I guess to keep a certain theme, the characters should be wearing glasses (still haven't finally decided on this one, tell me about your opinions and stuff). Background is all up to you. I still haven't decided what the dimensions would be so just stay alert if ever. Plans; - Get this thing printed on A3 then cut it; the paper will be thicker compared to keychains. No need for lamination for bookmarks. - Cut them out. - ???? - Profit. So making bookmarks are quite easier compared to keychains but we will continue selling keychains at the con (if it pushes through).

What were discussed in the chatango meeting today. Zen wasn't able to go online so we just discussed minor details. None of these are final as of yet although there would most likely be a post with details. For now, these are just tentative plans for Cosmania (October 1-2; SMX). Depending on the size of the booth and how we can get one, still not sure about getting con space. - Since we can't get a booth along with the current gaming booth, we'll have to get our own. According to Zen, prices range from 3k-7k. Where we get the money? We either go for contributing money as a whole or go fund-raising with the remaining time. - Instead of just keychains, bookmarks are currently under consideration for selling. People with due keychains, please YM me for progress. - Tourney? The people who are going to Cosmania are of a different audience wherein we prioritize making a scene by being an arcade booth. Like what I said, the decision isn't final yet. - Regarding the space, still no details about this but through references, a small booth may be able to hold 2-3 stations. Still waiting for confirmation. - SOMEONE raised the topic of a cosplay model. Since cosmania is mainly a con dedicated for cosplayers, we can get more attention this way. No one has volunteered yet. Tentative Plans: - Arcade Machine - Challenge-X-Player - Horse combos - Tutorial - BBPH Exhibition Matches For now, that's all that has been discussed.

We're giving away some for prizes; still trying to divide that and some for selling. I wouldn't expect a lot of people to buy though due to the audience BB has here in the Philippines. I've sent an email to the organizers so just waiting for a reply. Going to put my final say to this once I receive it. @Keychain Committee: Just continue. :3 @Funds: Hopefully kaya naman i-manage. We can go for cheap but of course, the quality will be lower. We'll resort to self printing, self laminating and self everything. :Db But besides that, it's going to be quite tough pulling out money for that. I don't mean to sound like some money-hungry person but yea. ;_;

Still planning about that. I've kind of set it to 10 per character at the moment unless lolfunds. Also about the stick? I hear you, I hear you. --- @ANTOWN: Okay, Gelo told me the juice. I think what they meant about that is selling keychains WITH the official art on it. Meaning, we get a sprite of Tsubaki, print it then turn it into a keychain; that's the wrong one. What we're doing is drawing our own chibis of the BlazBlue characters into keychains. That way, we're not necessarily breaking the copyright. Other stalls sell keychains of Naruto, Hetalia, Bleach, Dissidia, etc. but since it's their own drawing with their own hardwork, it's allowed. For as long as we don't steal the direct art from BB itself, I think we're fine. We're making chibi versions of the characters based from their character select screen portrait so yeah. Unless they made a new rule with selling keychains in cons.

Me and Dix sama are handling Tsubaki's horse combos. :3 So far may apat na kami, level 5 nalang. You can buy a ticket at the venue itself. Come early so that you won't have to wait in the line. If it's in Megatrade, the line is horribly long. There's food available inside, but if you want to buy outside it's fine. For as long as you don't rip the bracelet/stamp they give you. And I just realized Chasey just answered your question.

If I don't have school on Sept. 2 (which is highly likely). I'll be willing to offer transportation of equipment to ingress so that it would be lighter on everyone's hands. Problem is, how and most likely, d-tier equipment lang kaya kong dalhin.

Was planning at least 15 per character, all of their original color palette unless there are people who want theirs pre-made. And just take your time, rushing these would make them look rushed indeed. Just work on your spare time. I can help line by this weekend, or at least after Friday since lol thesis. --- More specifics about the keychains. They have to be 300dpi for printing. The sizes should be at least 2500 x 2500. We're going to make it 3 inches in size when we're going to print it on A3 paper. Who here has a laminator that can make A3 fit? Also, willing to split the 500 for the selling? We'll need to pay that in order for us to sell at the con. These are my questions atm. I have no idea about pins, so I'll leave that to Ry. :3

Keychains are a bit harder to make but I'm sure that if we divide the effort between people, it would be an easier load for all of us. Of course, I'm willing to draw these. The 5 pesos per try is a really good idea. We might be able to use what we get as funds for future events. :DD
