There is no reason to use 2C in combos. It's a defensive tool and not even that because it's so trash. But a lot of Rachels will try to use the hell out of it, including me because you want it to be good, and fuck blocking. THEN YOU GET GRABBED OUT OF IT.

Bro if you hit with 5B, you go for the damage cause that shit hurts. You're thinking too gimmicky or something in situations where it's not needed. And even if you did 5b>5c>3c7d>5b.. where the 3c hits 7 times and you can still launch with 5b, you are not going to have many options after the 5B because of all the hits and you probably lost your oki.

If you hit with 3C any hits, you can 8D into whatever combo you want. I do my j2C combo of choice.

I tested it, and it does work, but it's basically a pain and you might as well just omit the jB and never worry about it. To be honest, I don't even do that combo because I never fight characters it works on wwwwwww

You can still do jB jCx2 and not side switch. The only way Im seeing it switch sides is if you do the inputs too slow. Mash those buttons harder son. Also when you land to do BBL, and you do the input and press forward, that makes you switch sides. Buffer the input before you land.

I don't know if it's CP, the new combo route, or NO, but it seems like a lot of the specific stuff is normalized. 5CC will probably still whiff on Valk though, ffffff.

The problem is, he's apparently having difficulty just on 5CDC 214A 3C much less j2C combos. I'd rather just take it easy until you grasp winding and what not. Too much information can be daunting, but it's good to know regardless.

Yeah, it's all about what works best for you. I'm sure we all have some method of pressing her buttons. I personally just tap them, albeit rather fast. I'm sure some of us can play online if you need that kind of help. Just glad to see more Rachel players.

You do not have to hit 5CD as 2 buttons. You just can tap them in that order C D C. You'll find that Rachel has a lot of flexibility and it isn't all GOTTA GO FAST or tight combos.

If you do : 5B 5CDC 214A 3C(1) 236A 4B 5CC 3C 214C 3C 214A That uses 2 Georges, and as far as I know the only way to end in George oki. You have to burn the pole. That's the combo I do anyways. I believe TD means it's unsafe because pumpkin doesn't generate a lot of blockstun so you'll be stuck in the recovery of George and get punished for it. All because you kept a pole, that won't do anything you can't already do.

That's a bit ridiculous though. Is it Rin-hime? the second best one or whatever. He's legit. No one is going to be on NO's level, so there's no reason you should limit yourself just to him. You'd only frustrate yourself trying to compare, probably.

It works in CP, and that is all that matters.
