^ This The reason they failed: wrong game system (esp. for japan, 360 games lol), no relation to past gg games, making it hard for old fans to like and people new to the series to get into, awkward controls :\ (doesn't matter if you're good or not, the fact that you have to drop down the organ in the middle of playing is not a good system) The game isn't that intense except for when the screen fills up with units; the ds would be fine at handling it especially with the new model coming out.

This Thursday, Special Guest Javier will grace us with his Anji...now if we can only get Mike and StenSatsu here one day we can do 4 way anji isuka...fan fag party. Due to work, things will start late again, 9:30 at the latest. Hopefully I'll be home by around 9 though.

Complaints and feelings aside, this is what I'd like to see for NCI: 1) More even distribution of stream time between games. I understand Blazblue is what is drawing viewers and have no intention of taking that away, but it really stinks when we have some great matches that don't get streamed. Of course, for this, we NEED more people for GG and MB as well, and possibly more streaming eq. Please, if you love the game, or have just been watching up til now, please try entering if for nothing more than to support our community. Props to Tone, Yuji, Dacid and others who tried their hand at GG at the past NCI. Ideally, I'd like to see something like: 40% blazblue stream 30% GG 30% MB (needs more than 7 entrants though, hahahaha) I understand # of entrants will vary month to month, but it shouldn't be hard to calculate how long each tourney should take now that we've been doing this for so long. For small tournaments (small # of entrants), why not just stream the whole/half of the entire thing? We could knock these tournaments off our list fast, and just focus on BB afterwards so there would be no complaints about stream time being misused. I'm all for other game casuals being streamed as well. (And if I was in charge... 30% GG 20% BB 20% MB 10% HNK 10% Zone of the enders 2: vs mode special edition 10% Chaos Breaker?) 2) People openly shit-talking, expressing opinions, etc. MORE YIPES, LESS GRIPES. This is America, let's live up to Japan's stereotype of us and NOT BE passive-aggressive. 3) Blazblue people, almost NONE of you have been to a NCI before the inclusion of your game. Perfectly understandable, why would you go? But now that you're here, definitely try to branch out and play these other games too. They will NOT make you worse at your own game (though switching games constantly takes time and a certain mental state to get used to). You don't have much to lose, other than $3 to me. :3 In other news...cross post!
