Definitely will give that a try that'll probably help a ton. Edit numero dos: What's Hazama's safest AA? 2C and 5C feel alright but seem too punishable.

Having trouble getting 3C > Jayoku to connect after a Jakou. Any advice? I may just be too slow as they usually tech after the 3C and I catch Jayoku while they're inv.

Serpent's Benediction sounds awesome. I might miss hearing "Jayokou... HOOOOUUUTENNNJIII!!" though. Also I think it is Wind Serpant's Fang.

I actually kinda bought Blazblue on a whim because I thought it looked cool and thought Ragna seemed pretty badass. So I chose him as my main and just straight hammered everything down and pretty much didn't use anyone else, still really haven't except for Hazama. Which brings me to my new main. Chose Hazama at first because his air combos looked fast and badass. Plus the chains are just cool. He's just overall a cool character I think. I choose the characters that appeal to me most aesthetically and fighting style wise, not due to how balanced or imbalanced they may be.

Yeah. I guess I should have said "You found my problem guys..." :P Because yeah once I started canceling into Jakou it works like 90% of the time. The other 10% you just need to delay the 5C on. Made up statistics ftw.

The only thing I can see Carl really having over Hazama is that his size causes you to have to delay a lot of hits or approach them differently in order to connect. But after you get used to that he's nothing to worry about.

Well I found my problem guys... It was actually that if you retract the second chain rather than cancelling it with Jakou, Jakou will whiff everytime. But cancelling the second chain with Jakou it makes it work. Thanks guys, now I feel like I've pretty much got every combo down so far. At least every BnB. Now comes the experimenting! And the smaller the character the more you should delay 5C right? At least that's what I seem to be getting the idea of going from Hakumen to Carl.

Sup guys, I've been having trouble trying to get down his 214D~C to 5C, 2C, 4D, 4D, 4D(?), 623D but I whiff on the last hit a lot. I can get it sometimes but I'm not sure if it's a character specific timing, or just timing in general that I'm messing up on. Also can't remember if you can do 2 or 3 chain hits before it. Any advice on the timing? Also the follow up is a little difficult as well, dash then 3C. But I'll work on that after I get this part down.
