lol sorry barely saw your message, for 3C resets, I mostly use it against people I know who do stuff on wake-up, 360 mash happy Tagers, DP happy Ragnas/Jins/Makotos, and Hazs that have 50%. It's really only used if your opponent doesn't know how to block on wake-up or like i said earlier, loves to do shit on wake-up.
