2C is +1 now, 2C was pretty decent at +3, but even then, if you just used it as an autopilot string ender, you would be too far away to take advantage, and by the time you ran in you were pretty much at neutral, but just like anything else, it had it's usage, and was really good when used correctly. Now that it is only +1, it's usage is much more limited, spacing is even more of an issue, and when IB'd we are at -2, which is hilarious. Now it's only real purpose is a "Will he 3C frame-trap or will he not 3C frame-trap?" Which I admit was what I pretty much used it for in CS2 as well, however now it's not as safe as it was before. The nerf isn't something I'm happy about, but it's not something I'll lose sleep over.

At least you guys still have something that's +3 Noel caps out at +1 now... again.

In Tekken, moves that beat out lows are called "Low Crush" moves, and as such, moves that beat out highs are called "High Crush". So I always just called them Low Crush moves.
