i hear you on experiencing the game. I just like to completely understand a concept before i attempt to apply it into my game. If there are like...writeups on tech-trap yomi from GG that are applicable for BB, i could dig through the GG forums. My main complaint though wasn't on my own behalf. I was just thinking about how it was when i first was getting into FGs years ago, how i had to figure it all out on my own, and how much easier it could've been had information been more readily available as it is on SRK and can be on Dustloop. Though there's the opposite side of the coin on srk where people have so much information saturation, when the info isn't directly in front of their face, they make a new thread.

yeah, after i wrote that about the IB stuff, i remembered that video. Though, a smaller list of the more popular pokes/blockstrings could be useful, at least for each matchup thread that stuff should be in the OP. There is definitely a lot of info that can be said but hasn't been transcribed for the matchups too. I suppose this is the nature of a smaller community effort -_-. I was honestly tempted to pull out all the juicy bits from the GF and tech trap threads, but i feel like i won't have enough cred to make new threads since i joined like two weeks ago. srk's pretty trolly on that. hating on the 09ers and 10ers is on the daily.

i actually meant for that double GF stuff to be put in the GF discussion OP as well as the tech trap stuff going into the tech trap discussion OP. the GF discussion thread has no info in the OP either, which is kinda annoying. I just envision like...a bunch of sweet stickies for the tager thread and all the info that can fill it. The video thread with good tutorials/Combo videos and tournament player links in the OP. A tech trap thread that really goes into what a tech trap is, how/when to apply them, and what tech traps tager has. Also, your combo thread really needs to be stickied...Maybe even an IB punish thread, since that's so vital to his gameplay. I don't think that's asking too much. Compartmentalizing all these singular concepts into single threads can really help a beginner transition into the bbcs system. Most of that stuff's in the 120 page Tager Discussion. It just needs to be restated in its own thread imo. damn, kinda rambled on your wall here...

Thanx for the link man. I was thinking about the pre or post buffering from IB but i haven't had a good chance to sit down and work it out for myself. This definitely knocks out a couple hours of reading forums and really experimenting by myself. You really should mod the tager boards man. You're active and helpful!
