Alright Reptar, I'll bring a disc with it on it. Looking forward to this Friday. Also, while I'm posting, anyone know how I can get a full stage shot or partial stage shot of some of the stages on BB? Trying to make some custom stick art, Reptar told me about a booth selling clear seimitsu buttons so I got some and want to finish this stick art. Plan is to use some sprites and make it look like they're on a stage for part of the stick. I suck with photoshop but the idea in my head looks cool, just need to see if I can translate that to some stick art -.-; Actually, pretty much this Tsubaki stick in this thread is what I'm wanting to go for, just with a different character. http://www.dustloop.com/forums/showthread.php?659-Post-up-your-arcade-stick./page46 I think it looks awesome.

Where would I find some full screen/res shots of stages from BB? I'd like to (try) to make something similar to that Tsubaki art a few pages back with Ragna, however I've been unsuccessful in finding any screens that I could use some sprites with to create a similar effect of having characters on it. I don't have anyway of capturing it from my console either so I can't go that route.

Had fun for my first tourney, made it to the last 11 people, lost to Tagers both time, really need practice against him. One of them was retarded though, accidentally 2Cd when trying to ID and the ID combo would have won me the match, oh well. Pachirisu's Makoto vs Makoto fight was ballin. How'd it end? I left after I got knocked out, stayed for the Makoto vs Makoto but had friends waiting on me so had to go.

Hopefully, also, hopefully someone will record it, I really wanna watch it.

BBCS tourney starts at 10PM, not sure when it'd end. I've got a friend with me too and considering I'm driving up there probably around 10AM I'll probably be dead tired on the hour and a half drive back if I went to GT to watch it. I'd really like to though :/

Alright awesome, are locations going to be posted here close to Fridays or is it always that room number a few pages back? Not that I've ever been to Georgia Tech, don't doubt I'll probably get lost and wander around for an hour before I find it, lol.

So, are these meetings like every Friday or what? Obviously gonna be busy this Friday but it'd be good to know if there's some kind of schedule or if it's just randomly. Not that I can make it all the time, money and all that, but I'll definitely go sometime.

Titanium Beast referred to "2b pick up" combos in the Arakune match up thread, can someone point me towards those? I assumed it was something like 3c and then link 2b to 2c or 5c, but you can't jump cancel or anything off the 2c and he just winds up teching. I looked through the combo thread but didn't see anything like that. May have missed it though.

Pretty sure he meant in my case, someone that doesn't like beer, not just in general. I don't think it counts but I do like Mike's Hard stuff, but I think those are considered coolers or something.

I'm always up for some drinking. As long as it's not beer, sorry, I just can't stand the taste, I'd rather just take some high proof shots and get it over with quick, lol.

I have 2 friends going with me, and the cheapest hotel listed was still about 90 bucks a day or something vs 90 dollars total driving, split between us. Though one of em is terrible at saving money and not sure if he's going or not so either he's gonna go and not have the cash for gas and we'll just pay for his share, or he's not going at all and we still pay his share. I wouldn't particularly mind staying with random people, but having 2 other people with me would make me feel like a douche. YO I GOT 3 OF US CAN WE STAY BRO?

Well it's cheaper to drive than to get a hotel or something to stay for the 3 days.

Don't have the money right now to drive to Atlanta and back just for a few hours of gaming, going to AWA in a couple weeks, and I'll have to drive there and back all 3 days, which amounts to about 30 bucks a day, and saving my cash for that + spending money to blow it on animu related stuff. Maybe some other time if you guys do this somewhat consistently.

There anyone around the Griffin area that plays? Only people I know of are Mutton Chopz and another one of our friends that plays. (Dunno what name he goes by on here.) Sorry if I shouldn't be posting like this, not familiar with the etiquette here.

Whatever happened to that write up on him? I've had some issues with him, mostly what to do during bugs errrrrvrywhere cause I keep getting 9k combo'd, I'd say just not get hit but it takes forever for me to do anything to him, I can't do any combos that lead into decent damage. I know I'm new and all, but I mean, I've tried 5b>5c/3c>5d DC and tried 5c/6a and he never gets hit and I can't take it into the aerial, I've tried delaying the 5d after the 3c and nothing, is there something I'm missing here? I went through the combo thread and none of those said anything about Arakune not getting hit by that.
