I think running a regular (EU) on-line tourney or a regular (EU) 3v3 first would aid your overall attendance. Once you're established, the 3v3SameCharacter will be easy. With this 3v3, just be sure to advertise/promote early and give players loads of time to commit themselves & choose teams. good luck!
