I just heard of it today, https://www.entropay.com/ . I read somewhere that you can make a virtual debit card online and add a Japanese address, then fund with an american card, and use the virtual entropay card on the Japanese PSN. Has anyone ever done this, or would it just be easier and more simple to buy PSN cards?
