Yeah!! Matsu is back. But he seemed a bit rusty. The idea to push the opponent to the corner without repeating 6C was interesting. But the new p2 of around 70 still totally wrecks the dmg, even when only applied once. How he lost the match vs. Plat hurts. Damage scaling close to zero and no meter for another BBL to finish her off . Ah and yes, one lvl more is 1~2 more frames of hit and blockstun. In CS1 at least...
