Yeah, I was hoping that the anime would cover their back stories in more detail. The next episode seems to have some flashbacks, so I'm hoping we get to see some stuff about Ragna, Saya, and Jin's past.

What did it mean? I haven't played XBlaze.

I don't understand the "he saved him" part. When did that happen? I thought Ragna just passed out and woke up days later to find Rachel there. Well you know what, maybe he meant he saved him by sheltering him or something. i keep thinking he fought Hazama haha.

No he didn't say that exactly, it was in one of those interview articles that were posted here not too long ago. Where the guy asks Mori that everyone seems to be getting transformations like Tsubaki and Noel, so the guy asks who else should we look out for. And Mori justs says, Ragna.

lol I don't need a play by play of the script, I just mean like important things. Like this person dies, the reason the Imperator is doing this or that. That sort of stuff is what I'm talking about. I'm pretty sure someone will be able to provide those details. All I really care to know is if Ragna really goes through some sort of transformation, according to Mori anyway.

I think the only thing he accepts in CS is that he's a fake, he won't let that get him down though. But he does have that never give up attitude even in Calamity Trigger. So kind of weird he gave up in the anime lol.

That's what I thought, it was kind of weird because I'd never seen Ragna as a psycho before haha. I'm guessing that might of been the Ragna that wanted to destroy the world. His black beast alter ego?

Even in the game they didn't show how Ragna beat Hakumen. He just shows up in the nick of time to save Noel from Nu. I was kind of disappointed, I wanted to know how the hell he got out of that. I doubt he outright beat Hakumen and left his body laying there like Jin. Also, I always figured that Rachel used the Tsukuyomi unit to save Ragna's life not Noel. I mean, even when she has that meeting with Takemagahara, they're wondering why the hell Ragna is so valuable.

I liked this episode a lot, it had some good fights and I learned a little bit more about stuff I didn't get in the games. Like for instance, when Nu tells Ragna that this time she can speak. And they cut to a scene with Ragna stabbing what appears to be a sack, and looking pretty sadistic at it. Noel didn't pass out immediately after she yelled stupid at Ragna, another cool extra bit of difference than the game. Honestly I'm glad we're done with CT and get to move on to CS. I'm sure before the series is over we will hit CP as well.

How much do people rely on reviews anyway? It's all opinion most of the time and I doubt it even matters to gamers who just want to play games.

I thought Hazama being a villain was pointed out at the very start of the game. I don't see why they would want to cover it up until futher down the show.

I liked it, I thought the animation was good, nothing brilliant but nothing bad either. The music was alright, not really diggin the remixes but they'll grow on me I'm sure. I'm glad they added some stuff that didn't happen in the game, like Noel meeting sleeping Ragna. I'm actually surprised how chill Rachel is compared to her usuall self. She's a lot less of a B**** towards Ragna, at least in the first episode anyway. I give it a B+.

I do wish it were a gag reel picture, would love to find out how all of that happened lol.

I'm beginning to think Rachel might be a lesbian. Look at her trying to tear off Noel's clothes and blushing about it.
