Anyone here from the UCLA area?

I'm having a hard time TKing Millia's Bad Moon, and I know how integral it is to her wakeup game. Anyways, do ya'll have any tips on how to do it? I seem to be able to do other TK's, like Inos special and Baiken's fan thing but can't do this one? Everytime I attempt it she just high jumps. Thanks in advance!
