Yeah its not really safer...hence the quotes, its just more applicable. In fact it is far less safe if you look at the numbers-increased startup but same (for A version) or longer (B/C) recovery times means more punishable on whiff

Double posting cuz your too pro. How you post so fast 3c really isnt the go-to move for damage anymore. Better to cut damage with a safer starter like CH 5C/5B and use it for corner carry. Definitely get nice gatlings with the 2C -> 5C business, much funs

She's more playable of a character now. Has great corner carry. High damage output (not cs1 high, but avg 3-4.5k). "Safer" optic barrel. MUCH BETTER drive pressure - new CR cancellable frame extension means you can stagger CR moves and have them still link. Better normals (dat 6A hits crouchers now!!!) etc etc
