3C > 2D would always connect, but it would just force emergency tech. Instead now, it gives you hard knockdown, which is really nice. I'm really glad they kept Hell's Fang's heat gain the same, Ragna really really needed it. I really wanna know if they improved Keri Age at all this time around, all we know about Gauntlet Hades was the window to follow up with it is just tighter Implying it wasn't already kinda tight before. For the past month I've been listening to neither. Now I like neither.

Sometimes you just need to be creative to get around repeat proration :0 For example, Ragna can do 22C 3 times in one combo, despite 22C having 5% repeat proration.

My idea is that the bonus proration on 22C (I think it was there in CS1?) would help keep the proration from killing the combo too fast. IIRC 2C and 3C didn't have bad proration values either. Problem is, I don't have 1. Access to the game and 2. I don't have CS1 frame data to see if my theory works.

Anyone have CS2 U. Ragna? Because I have an infinite idea I want to try. FC 2C > 3C > 22C > dash 2C > 3C > 22C x N I dont' know if 22C had any repeat proration on it in CS1, since that's the 22C U. Ragna has, but if it doesn't, this may work (I don't know how many reps) Note that it's a 1 frame link similar to the dash 5A for CS2 Ragna.

You can't death combo into Black Onslaught. Game mechanics won't let you. "Note you CANNOT use your Astral in a combo if the opponent started the combo at > 35% health. " Straight from the system guide.

Has Hazama ever had ANY bad match-ups?

1. you can do either or, depending on whether you want damage (22C) or heat gain (Hell's Fang) 2. Honestly, I never felt a difference, but apparently there is more damage done if you do j.C > 623D directly. It's not much lost at all though if you decide to do another j.D. Be careful though, some combos prorate pretty hard, and so another j.D may not be possible. 3. Whiffing a move allows your character to recover faster than if you had just waited out the recovery of the previous move (especially if the move has no other gatlings). Any combo involving 6D > j.D (whiff) is a good example of this in action. Since you can recover faster, you will often times still be able to combo by following up with another move afterwards (in many combos with the j.D whiff, Ragna can follow up with 5B or something).

Pretty much. I made up my 6k BK Deadspike loop off of it in the middle of the match, just because I seriously didn't believe it would actually land, so I didn't have time to think ahead, so I just pressed buttons. I'm thinking of actually testing it more on cross-up attempts in the corner (Jins love doing this), since 2C hits a little behind Ragna. It'll never replace Ragna's more practical anti-airs, but hey. It's funny when it does hit.
