Not denying that she has tools. And the normals thing was just scary. When Rachel gets rolling, its a very scary thing for people. Its just difficult getting the ball rolling. That's all. With the rest of the cast, random hit = instant advantage. Just about 3k with everyone off random hit. You just have to try harder with Rachel. Thats mainly what we complain about.

Yes. Given the situation Rachel does have damage potential. Given you hit a good CH or fatal and you have the wind to perform the combo and your opponent has no burst. Name a character who cant do the damage if the situation is perfect. Rachel's problem is that you cant consistantly do this damage. One 3.5k combo wpnt win the match.
