  1. Yet you came in claiming that my version didn't work because 'you can't cross up' yet the ball hits on the opposite side to where you started. Based on the same concept as Leo corpse hop buttons. I actually used it against various Japanese players this past week. You just like arguing or what? Take it elsewhere.
  2. Projectile hits when you are already well over them. It's a typical oki setup. Why aren't you listening? Try the thing and you'll see.

  4. You are already well on the other side of them by the time the ball hits despite it looking pretty ambiguous. If you want you get into semantics then sure. You're just hitting them on the opposite side to what they expect. If you want to instead try it then you'll see its (1) meaty (2) on the other side to where the knockdown occurs and (3) can be made not to if spaced correctly.

  6. There was a post several pages back where somebody asked if anyone used it! It is much better now in 1.10 and vryu actually made a video showcasing the strength. The info was still available. Anyway, let's not get off topic. Vryu made a video of something next to nobody used (a few replies said 'yes') and the credit should still go to him.

Even on characters you might want to release it early on and follow in [sol, ky] the rejected range is absolutely minuscule so as long as you aren't standing their toes or are in the air you will have no problem. In fact they should be less likely to use it because of how easy it will be for you to score a ch 2d into absolutely anything you please.
  9. New combo: 5s 6p 41236s RC iad.h, 6[h] [4]6h ]s[, dc.h, j.shd ensenga Massive carry, 224 damage. It also enables stronger oki because you don't lose access to a button.
  10. I'm quite liking a lot of the extra bits [especially 5k 2k, which I only expected to use against Potemkin, and I'm using a lot more ball oki]. I'm not at the point of saying 'godlike' [especially because I'm not used to new hoop behaviour], what in particular are has made them godlike for you?
  11. Nah, she's really not that much different tbh. A little more interesting but not a huge amount stronger.
  12. Specifically Ky, Venom and Leo are slightly harder to hit the HD on if you're anything more than point blank.
  13. How are you going about setting up 2d [4]6h in the corner? I have basically one proper way into it that involves landing straight into 2d, either with or without jumpin buttons. If I ever put buttons before 2d the hd usually whiffs clean over them. I'm going to be sure to work these in off the 5s 5h hs-hd route though! I tried something very similar to the throw combo and found that I-no, Millia and Elphelt can tech before the ground so you get nothing without some adjustments, is that still the case in your version? I did it without the extra rep the hoop gives you. If you ever want some may mirrors btw (or to wail on a moving dummy with I-no) just add me. I get good connections with most of France so hopefully Swiss connections are ok too.
  14. I actually quite like it as is. Using 63214 to IB and then 6k to punish with OHK. 6321466k for microdash grab. Maybe I just played way too much kof over my time and got used to doing things like blocking with 63214. I'll tell you just how annoying it is to adapt to a dp version when I get back from Tokyo in 3 weeks!

  16. Have you got inputs turned on? You are probably missing one of the corners if you get plain old 6k. Either that or, as above, too long between 4 and 6 but there's a fair buffer for that. I'm gonna get the chance to play 1.10 when I go to Tokyo in 3 weeks (only for a week though for a conference). I'll report back.

Following on from AngryBlack's combo video do you all think we could expand our numbers if we blatantly stole Kensou and ShinSyn's Chipp tutorial and ran with it or is she really not high enough in the tier list to interest people [note: to hell with tier lists]?
  24. Nope, it gets released after the first press after the hoop is put in place. Which is at the iad.s. You deleted it before I managed to finish replying? 0.o Guess you realised.
  25. This one is wrong anyway. You would have to do: c5s 6p 41236s rc iad.h, 6[h] [4]6h ]s[, dc.h, j.shd ensenga otherwise the hoop would release when you let go of the first s after the hoop is out. Whether this means you have to rc with the three buttons that aren't your hoop idk.
