I'm making this thread in response to how underpopulated Ranked can be at times, the broken the connection display in Ranked and the overall lack of character variety found in Ranked/Open Lobbies. If you are wanting to learn a certain matchup, what better way than to run long sets against that specific character. We got about 10 people that are playing Xrd here locally, we meet up every Friday at Sunken Treasure Games in Richland from 4 till close.

I don't want to have to buy this game again just to get a working online version. Can anyone else confirm that JPN PS3 versions in the US are fucked?

Any word on a patch fix for the netcode? 5+ frame delay is awful and I have no offline scene, it's a bummer.

There is no dust cloud when you perform a 1 frame jump, I have to agree that it's probably intentional.

I'm sure Ogawa knows what he's talking about but from watching videos, Eddie sure doesn't seem like he is "garbage" as Ogawa put it. Maybe a remark made out of frustration from losing to a "gaijin" ?

So I've been hyping up GG to players at my local scene since the upcoming XBLA/PSN port was announced and was wondering if I could get the communities help with something. I've played GG since XX and stopped playing shortly after Slash was released due the lack of interest in my area but that was years ago and thanks to the resurgence in fighters the last few years our scene locally has grown but many of the newcomers weren't around for GG. I've recently posted HitConfirm's awesome GG AC guide in our Facebook group and was wondering if Dustloop could help me find good match videos of the characters in the game to give the local players an idea of what the characters play like and what they're capable of when played at a high level. I wasn't around for AC so I'm unfamiliar with a lot of the newer top players for each character.
