Yeah, you can stop Metaworld activation while dizzied. Metaworld cancel combos are a joke if your opponent has meter and minor reflexes. (Odds are they'd want to burst before that, anyway, but so much for your last super or two of damage!)

I'm too lazy to test them all, but Battler's and Beato's fireballs will definitely smash the jello. Battler's will keep on going, too.
