So correct me if im wrong, but hasn't all 3 loctests said that hakumen's meter gain is slowed...that means from the previous loctest right. What are they trying to do? Create a new system to measure movement of the stars. Create a timer that coincides with the time it take paint to dry. I mean...im a sucky haku player dont get me wrong... but I cant do over 3k unless there is a renka/hotaru and a gurren involved...this is going to kill me.
