I thought that Art of Fighting by SNK was the first fighting game that introduced a comeback mechanic with hidden super moves (aka Super Desperation Move),example: Ryo SakaZaki (Ryuuko Ranbu: d, df, f + C~A ,need 25% or less energy and 75%+ spirit). humm... Youtubes next keywords: Street Fighter: The Beast Is Unleashed By your definition parry is a comeback mechanic. Guess yes because you say that K-groove is one. Not being rude here and I am sorry if I am. The problem that I have here is that you type burst as a whole. That confuse me, because you got gold and blue bursts. The gold one give you a full tension bar if you hit the opponent, but the blue one not. The mayor thing that blue bursts gives, is that it can lose the offensive momentum of your opponent. But that offensive momentum can be regained in opposite of health it can not. Burst are indeed not a win button, GG instant kills moves are. In my opion GG instant kills moves are a better comeback tool than bursts. I got your point what are you trying to say and you are right at some points. What I do not like about comeback mechanic is the thought behind it. Lets give a easy powerfull tool that can turn the tables, especially targetted at causal players how want to beat pros.:8/: NO, if you are in a bad situation, first thing you do is ASK YOURSELF HOW DID I GET IN THIS SHIT. By finding the answer you are learning to avoid and maybe overcome that slippery slop situation. Oh, and the only way to beat a pro is to become a pro but better, fight fire with a bigger fire.

I don't know if it interesting or not, but here goes. I found another way to jump-install your super jump in 1 JC normal. Here is the input on training mode with I-no: 5H 828 how to do it: press 5H and during the start up frames tap 8, then super jump cancel after the 5H. I pick I-no's 5H because it has alot of start up frames. I gonna see if it is possible to do something with Chipp 5S 822H FRC. -

I got some questions about the frame data list. (Venom used as example) 1)Proration A)Ex: Venom's K prorartion is 90% Does mean that K>2D(1 hit) is: a) 12dmg+ (20*0.90=) 18dmg= 30dmg or b) 12dmg+ (20*0.10=) 2dmg= 14dmg B)Ex: K>2S>2D(1hit) Does the prorartion apply on: a) ONLY the attack after the K (12dmg+ (22*???)+ 20 dmg) b) the ATTACKS after the K (12dmg+ [(22dmg +20dmg)*???]) 2)On the active frame of Venom 2D it says 1(15)8. How do you read it? 3)If i whiff a move do i have to count the active frames in it? 4)On which frame(s) are the FRC points of Venom specials, as stand alone move, located? Or is there a list or link of it? 5)I saw framelist of face up/face down to stand up, can somebody post the link and does it still apply in GGXX/? Thanks in advance and sorry for the questionary? :china: -

In training mode I did succeed to cancel 6HS to S CR several times. This is what i did in training mode with Venom vs Venom. I pushed the dummy in the corner, took some distance that 6HS would hit his head and then did the next motion [2] 36HS 9S. It is possible that the buffer time is close to 15F. But what can you with Venom in those 15F :blue: ? -

i have 2 questions: Is GGXX/ played at 60fps or 30fps? How long can you buffer a charge? (With Venom it is possible to cancel 6hs with CR) thank you in advance for the answers -

Thank you Dragonthorn and Darkhonor90 for the quick reponds. I though so that pressing 3 buttons on stick would be easier than on pad. I know that button mapping is banned in most tournaments that is why i recenly did map my buttons on pad. i want to be able to play my Venom at fullest. But on pad it goes so sloooooooow (without mapping) that it is annoying. I CAN do SA-loops(16beat without mapping, 20 beats with; in training), but everytime i fail a FRC without mapping i have to ask my self 1) did i miss the FRC? 2)did i press the 3 buttons correcly? Anyway i resigned to buy or make a stick, but you both comfirmed that it is the best thing to do.
