I've just seen them too. Here's a fun fact, go look on the other win pose arts in the gallery and you'll see that they are drawn from the top half only just like his one. If anything he was planned to be in this game, but probably was cut due to either time constraints or other problems. I hope he's announced after these EX characters, I really could have done without one of them.

From those impressions it sounds like Kanji will get the same reactions as netplay Tagers. Brace yourselves for an onslaught of whining about a character who probably won't be as threatening if people actually learn to not rush in blindly.

When you bring that up, it sounds like there may be a very small chance they could have BS'ed the P3 main character to life. My money is still on a 2nd announcer or a boss character filling that last blank. Not anything playable sadly. I have no hope!

So I saw this image and noticed that there may be one more character left to announce, despite there being no extra spots on the character select screen. Well, loketests are pretty vigilant on the "No Cameras" rule. Hopefully something will turn up before the weekend is over.

So after taking the time to practice Saiki and learn a few corner combos, I realize that he's fun as hell once he gets going. The problem is driving someone to the corner with him lol.
