I figured as much after I tried them on my brother who tries to mash his way out of every situation. It's now my last resort OS lol.

Funny thing is I play this game at home with a troll I know and I tried going for UBs and he smacked me out of it most of the time. That and my timing was off when I attempted it. I'm now under the impression Relius unblockables are for when your opponent has gotten conditioned to just sitting their blocking everything you throw.

Yeah since it was no longer about winning, it became more about making you a guinea pig. I started thinking "What's 236D for anyway?"

Here's something funny. During that long set of matches I attempted my first ever unblockable without any sort of practice merely because I was getting bored fighting your defensive Jin.

You exposed me. McDonalds Relius and Hamburglar Ignis are the best thing to happen to this game next to Platinum.

Why do that overhead when you can churn butter though? On a side note I use to bitch about Relius overhead but now using it strikes my fancy. Still is kind of a bore playing as him though.

Hopefully some more PS1 era characters show up eventually. A majority of this roster is PREDICTABO! I mean I like a fair amount of the roster, but aside from Big Daddy, Parappa and Fat Princess I feel like I saw most of these coming.

Playing my brother only makes me pick up dumb habits to fight his dumb habits. Seriously I feel worse at this game when I bring myself to his shenanigans.

The only character I can really play worth a slight damn is Relius and strangely enough I don't really enjoy playing him as much as I do playing my Trashy Platinum.

50% Platinum and 50% Relius then, no lower. I can only play him for so long without getting irritated at Ignis running from throw techs.
