UK player, looking for someone to practice against on CT!

Howdee, like my title says I'm from the UK YAY! :blue: and... I'm not the best at the game, so I'm looking for someone who is fairly new to the game so i can practice or just generally fight them for fun XD -
I to... Am fairly new XD But I am from that area :P Not very good at the game and still waiting on CS ¬_¬

I'm ok as Ragna, but to master him... It may take a while at my rate, and this is on CT the first fighting game I actuely wanted to play, I'm not too fond of fighters that are not sprite based. XD
