I think I'll come to casuals for BBCS and maybe my scrubby Kamui in Arcana. My Hazama has grown leaps and bounds fighting offline at these things.

Our mod speaks. How we've missed you. That's not entirely true. While knowing your combos and being able to time things right and get the most damage for your combo is certainly good, that's where a lot of players seem to stop. IMO the minute you stop autopiloting 3c stance and call it "a good mixup", make better use of his command grab (which I see ignored far too often), and learning what tools and strategies work against who (don't get jump happy with Litchi, that wallbounce fatal counter shit will fuck up your whole week) is when you start becoming great. Spacing, smarter pressure, and a comprehensive knowledge of his tools. THAT is what makes a Hazama player great.

Drop the ender of the combo (the j.214B down kick) near the corner and go into the stance. Lots of people love to do something as soon as they tech, so B flash kick them, FADC shades, and hit them with a chain follow up combo. It works really well against Tagers.

That all depends on where you live. I'm near Azusa and Pasadena, so I could drive you if you would meet halfway around those areas.

We actually got a lot of interest in the proposed "Fight Club" idea at PCC from some of the students, and so I will now go through with that. If any of you would like to play, let me know and I will give you the details as soon as I have specifics. People were mostly interested in Marvel, but some were interested in BB and Arcana, so maybe some high level play provided by some of you will get them more into it.

Edit: also, Wild, I go to those fight clubs occasionally, and they focus more on Super and Marvel. I've heard a couple play BB, but it's always Super when I go. That's because he has no real options midrange. He is close and far, which leaves his midrange to be shit. You will get eaten up at midrange, so don't let that happen too often.

1) Better Jayako follow ups. 5c 2c is not a good one, because, as you did exactly this, it drops fairly easy. Adjust forward stance C into 5c2c etc. 2) that random Mizuchi was bad and you should feel bad. Use mizuchi IF AND ONLY IF it's going to kill (or in extreme cases, they're spamming a projectile) 3) Space better. It was by the good grace of god that that Tager was a scrub. Don't rush down Tager. Just don't do it. D~a all day until hit confirm. 4) Tager specific advice: When magnetized, don't jump. He will draw you in fairly quick, and a lot of time even a chain can't save you. If you get magnetized, get the fuck back to the other side of the screen and stay grounded. Poke with D~A. I guess just have an idea of what you're going to do in the round. It kind of seemed like you were just wingin' it, which can work, but you did some pretty dumb stuff. (2c on Tager wakeup in corner for an easy Buster for him, Random Jayako and Mizuchi, unsafe blockstrings, and bad combos.) Also I'm pretty sure you didn't touch your A button once. IF you're going to fly in anyways, a j.A into Bloody Fangs is a pretty sweet Tick command throw, 2a is pretty phenomenal, and 5a can be linked into 5c into combo if you juggle them in air like you did second or third round. Don't mean to be too harsh, but if you want advice, you're going to get it, and not with bullshit sugar laced feedback.
