For this matchup i really like using 3C>vertical 41236D oki in the corner you can get hit by the flash kick and still get a 3.5-4K meterless combo into the same situation. or you can get a safe 3C/6A if kagura blocks the first 2 hits before the staff goes above him. and in neutral i like to spam itsuu a LOT because there just isn't much kagura can do about it. And j.D>41236A/B if he shoots a projectile. Its repetitive and easily punishable if predicted but does its job.

  5. barrier ain't working to cancel it. I get B teleport off of a perfect 4AB
  6. he seems to always go into a crouch after the teleport. After mashing 360ABD over and over after guardpointing i've managed to mash out the cancel 3 times total (out of hundreds of tries) so it definitely exists.
  7. If you are close enough to 4B, your opponent is close enough to poke you out of it. Meh, if it works for you keep doing it i guess.

  11. well so far i haven't fought any green i can try against and still lose. This is booooring.

  15. I just realized how much i miss 3C jump cancel on hit. The character specific 3C>j.A pickups were great.
  16. Rachel is easy to block. Downback. When you see downward wind, high block. Be ready to option select throw reject at any point. (Back+ABC) Pumpkin is the scary thing since our drives whiff on it at it's default height. Also rachel wants to get in on nu, commonly using 3D+airdash. Be ready to antiair it at any time from fullscreen.

  20. so i've found (well stole this combo from someone) for midscreen: 2B/5B>5CC>3C6DD(whiff)>665B>6A>236A>663C>214C>66A>4B>j.C>dj.C>j.236A dunno if its any more optimal than the 5BD>6A route but you get both wind that you used back in this combo. Which route should i go for? the 5DB>6A route only takes one wind and is easier but this one gives more carry.
  21. Yeah its mental. When gli beat me in round one, i had trouble coming back in round 2. Losing a round gets into your head. And the fact that we were baiting each others bursts meant i had to be careful about my bursts or I'd be really done for. And i had to be ready to upback when i got the advantage and got a confirm in case he would burst.

  23. so recently i've been using kanchan to punish projectiles, it still has mid-attack invul postpatch right?
  24. some characters have safe consistent CT setups (Nu, Rachel, Mu, litchi, Carl, relius, izayoi, kokonoe) anyone else, i think you can mash out against.
