The johnny's ive played against may not be the best but i did beat kenmastersx with what i said do in the matchup earlier :china: yeah i still gotta work on my oki game with baiken, its definately my weakest area. A couple vids of my baiken from the NC gamefrog tourney should be up soon, so give me all the constructive criticism i can get! *SDV*

I just dont know bout johnny i guess. Im extremely stubborn till proven otherwise, hell i used to think baiken v. pot was in baiken favor lol. Ive just been beatin johnnys with baiken since XX, so maybe i just have that characters number while others struggle against him. Oh and bout baiken v. Ky is 6-4...how you figure when ky can throw whatever out and has enough time to recover and react to whatever baiken does? Id go as far to say this matchup is 7-3 or 8-2 ky's favor. yeah you can iad over SE with J.s then what? a good ky player should have you in a position that at worst he would get hit by the J.s but not get knocked down from yozansen or J.d and in most case from my experiences thats way to risky cause if i miss time it i eat a 6p plus a 1/4 lifebar combo with knockdown and im back to square one. Lets say you do run up dash cancel into counter for a knockdown, then what? Your only and i mean only option is to drop a mat on him go for rushdown. Oh but you better be on point and not mess it up cause in some way shape or form if you do you are gonna eat a VT or the sweep move(which can lead to 1/4lifebar combo) or even just a normal combo into sweep for what...you guessed it another knockdown plus you are back to square mofo'n one. I SAY THIS IS BAIKEN'S ABSOLUTE WORST MATCHUP with jam and pot/slayer(the slayer fight is definately more winnable now tho since slayer doesnt get the free dizzy from one pilebunker) followin up close behind. *SDV*

hmm...actually i wasnt. Maybe i just dont respect johnny's game but for good reason cause i rarely fall for his shit. i think his pressure is too unique and his "mixup" isn't all that great. I mean he's gonna run in do a low, instant ensengna, or throw. How does baiken not stop that. *SDV*

baiken doesnt have to do much to beat johnny at all. Before the johnny player ralize he cant spam jackhound against iadback tatami he's gonna lose 35-60%+ lifebar. When he does realize this 2s, 5s, 5hs will stuff his approaches and if he jumps at you run under and poke him to death. This matchup is rediculous easy. I almost wanna say its 8-2. how does baiken beat slash ky? *SDV*

Somebody please help me with the chipp matchup. It pisses me off cause its my turn to do potemkin like damage to somebody and i cant hit the bastard. No the Potemkin match isnt hard at all. In my mind im like damn im puttin on a clinic against this dude and then he touches me and i lose 60-to damn much% of my life...asshole lil more on johnny Johnny 2d beats out a lot of shit dont get in the corner or you will stay there until they do somethin crazy like a DBT or jackhound, or dash throw and when they do punch him in the eye and put him in the corner on the other side of the screen. dont ever try to hit johnny anywhere under him DB, j.K, J.HS wins random thing bout anji you can sneak a 5H for CH on his new fuijin move *SDV*

yay, im back to playin slash again so i can post about my recent matchups ive been up against. Dizzy-Stay in her face i dont give her any space to create fish and etc. J.hs is your best friend and can be your biggest mistake cause it beats out 2s and 6p has to be perfectly timed to beat it out but if it trades or straight up hits, cause she gets 5.s, ice spike for free but if it hits Any B&B combo you do behind it is at least 40% gone. j.S is dizzy's kryptonite take full advantage of it cause it beats out so much stuff. Random j.D and 6k seem to work wonders too. Counters dont work all that well. Scounter feels slow as hell now or has hella lag on hit to me(some1 please explain if this is true) but its your best option if she is at a distance but if you do it up close thats your ass. Kcounter ive gotten thrown everytime and sometimes you can sneak in a Pcounter but only if its not durin her rushdown cause if you do it durin the rushdown...thats your ass. I have yet to attempt a baku on her yet Combos combos combos!!! There are so many dustloop variations you can hit on dizzy cause of her big ass hitbox. I have hit triple Sj.dustloops-Tensionless-old school loop-"jap loop"-tensionsless to "jap loop" finisher for knockdown-and tatami loops. I looked like a damn combo vid the other day lol When dizzy is on the offensive block, just block and pray for an opening or a fuck up. 2k, 2h, and 2d(frc) are her best weapons against you. look for 2d or ice spike cause you have enough time run up and hit her if she wiffs or misses the frc. **DISCLAIMER**I dont think the dizzy player i played had much experience against Baiken and i could be completly wrong about several points i made, so if any has vast experience in this matchup please by all means correct the mistakes ive made. Hope this helps any that struggles with this matchup!**/DISCLAIMER** *SDV*

item, 5s, bomb bag( FD on your way down dont wanna get hit by 6h) rinse repeat cause slayer struggles with that. this is all you really need everythin esle will be based on your reaction time as far as blockin mappa and mach and he shouldnt even be close enough to you to pretend he's goin to crosswise heel you. If your faust is on the same level as the slayer player you should win by default. vs. Axl I would say this the most perfect 5-5 matchup in the game. From mid-screen faust is da favorite do to 5s to stuff he's ground pokes and if he attempts rensen use 41236k and nab him for a CH. Hammers are your best friends. If you throw a hammer from mid screen any ground attack axl does will get CH and we all know what happens when we get 2 CH hammers right:badboy:? dont be afraid to use 214s if you notice axl spammin 2h, 5p, and rensen itll net you CH and situational combos. Axl rushdown is a bitch to deal with. if he leads in with a 6h IB it and 214h his ass, but other than that FD him away and tempt him to do 6h. Look for holes to hit him with 2s. Unfortunately i play on mainly instincts so i cant tell you the exact spots off the top of my head^^ Oh yeah axl can kill mini faust with rensen and dpreversal through item bomb. As i play this matchup more and remember more things ill post more on it. *SDV*

you already know how to beat slayer then^^. IB mach punch and do 2s, 2h pogo combo. be careful of BDC bite and j.HS and mach punch(although i think 2s and 5k will beat it out or at least trade) cause there pretty much your only threat. item, 5s, bomb bag( FD on your way down dont wanna get hit by 6h) rinse repeat cause slayer struggles with that *SDV*

i know it does for CL butyou sure 6p passes through notes? Cause once it gets behind you it should explode to the multiple hit deal right? I prefer 2h in this matchup cause you get so many CH with it which is automatic air or dust/tatami loop. HmR.ks- My friend and i decided to tape some extremely casual matches. Naw ill peace anybody out with that simple shit lol. double jump-yozansen-Tatami cover fall. its not a true oki setup and its only good once every very few matches. I think the only reason i hit it every know and then is that people forget baiken can do anything but double jump after an yozansen^^ *SDV*

yeah pretty much. i always use somethin random to help time my oki set ups. Examples of things i do after knockdown Jam-IAD HS Faust-dash in 2p wiff over body to set up FDC j.k or 2k baiken-IAD or dj T.mat, dj. 623s-T.mat *SDV*

Ive always IB'd it an then nail her as she comes down. So nobody has experience vs zappa? *SDV*

I use J.S-D> qad.D> land SJ.S-D> qad.D land and either try to go for it again(hard as hell to do) or double jump air throw and combo of wall bounce with 2.K>5s>air combo or tensionless if im feelin lucky ^^. Rain mats on her ass. she cant do much about if you zone it just right. I wanna say 6p beats or trades with dolphin. 2s stuffs a lot of her attacks also. Also watch out for 6p>5s cause if she hits you with a hs or another 6p you better mash that shit!!! Speakin of tensionless loops isnt that the prefered loop to use on may? Also should i have problems Dustloopin Ino cause i find her to be the hardest character other than ky and roboky to dustloop. *SDV*
