look for a dgca.exe not to sound so plain and uncaring but google may be best to find this, it's free like winzip it will unzip the files and yes you need both files.

my mugen is happy. alt cheated and picked the wrong Dizzy!!! i have a ggxx slash dizzy and a 3 hit kill ggx dizzy.
