So I guess you guys decided not to host the Ranbat at A-kon like you had brought up last week? I should probably be able to swing by for it. Won't be able to stay all day, but I'll be able to come chill at the very least!

Yeah lol I did a double take when I saw that Harley's 2 d3 is super plus on block. I need to start working on doing b2 2/f2 stuff after that, and more b2 2 in general. I've been kinda scrubbing it up just mashing 1 1 2, since the gun shots at the end are plus on block, but once more people start realizing theres a gap between the second 1 and the 2 its gonna start getting blown up. Also need to start Silly Sliding in for mix ups off a landed 1 1 2, I feel kinda stupid that I didn't think of that myself lol.

Glad to hear that FX Game Exchange is working out for you guys! The venue has been really great to us smashers over the years, I'm sure it'll be the same for this scene. One of the downsides to FX is the venue closes at 9pm on saturdays, so unless you guys run through tourney stuff really quick there usually isn't time for too much hanging out at the venue afterwards.

Pretty unsatisfied with my performance, but I guess thats to be expected when I don't practice for a month prior to a tournament. Shout-outs to RandomNaoto for giving us all rides and being so damn tall

DTB shoutouts! - Kurumster; It was a pleasure playing against you! That Millia oki is pretty sick. Tried to block it on reaction, and I don't think I succeeded once lol - Mightfo for the PS3 pad, it did me well! - Transient for the godlike driving, head on collision burst baits too good - Oscar for the endless duets - Sunfish for dodgin us. I wanted a shot at you/Mightfo in tourney - The Austin friends; was nice to play with ya again FlameIce, shame that the Transient car had to head out before you guys got to Mightfo's. We still need to play sometime Scottie! Overall I'm satisfied with how I played, the time I spent grinding out 6P combos definitely payed out. No where near done leveling up though (one day, HCL FRC...!). I'll be out beating up Chicago people in Project M this weekend, but I'll definitely be seeing you guys around!

Looks like I won't be able to make it to the Friday meet after all. Might be able to show up saturday, but I won't know 'till last minute most likely. I could give him a couch to crash on probably, but it looks like some smash guys want to do a stream party for Apex's first day on friday. If someone else could take him up it would probly be more convenient/comfortable.

Still holding smash meetups, but the day its on has been jumping around a bit lately. Some people can only make it out on saturdays, so whenever I'm free then I try to hold them then, but I'm decently busy on Sat's due to tournaments/D&D. If you're not already a member, I try to post smashfests up in the DFW Smash Facebook group 3-5 days in advance.

Damn, sounds like I missed a good time. Wish I could've made it. I'm afraid I'll have to remove myself as a candidate for the last few members of the DFW P4A crew battle at AB. I haven't touched the game in almost a month (aside from Phor coming over and bodying me in a few games), and I wasn't exactly well practiced then either haha. I recently joined the Mod Project M's development team, and I have my own Smash tournaments to run, so Smash is probly going to be taking priority for the next month or so, at least until the 2.5 release for Project M is out. You guys are all mad chill though, I'll definitely be trying to make it out to meetups whenever I have a weekend open!

ICWhatYuDidThere Suuup. Smash has been my main game (as Pfhor there mentioned), but I'm extremely interested in P4A. I've also dabbled in a bunch of other games over the years; GG, SF4, MvC3, SC4/5, Skullgirls. If any of you gents went to Kyle McClusky's san antonio Guilty Gear tournaments back in like 2007/8 you might've ran into my mediocre Johnny, haha. I've been busy for the past several Saturdays and will be busy this one too, but if I'm ever free I'll definitely be at the Saturday meet ups!
