So has a decision been reached on the whole banning kokonoe thing? Would like to play this game again but I don't want to waste time practicing if she's going to be legal.

Except that patch isn't hitting until May, until which time Kokonoe is still spectacularly stupid. My votes for banning her. Frankly I don't really feel any desire to play this game with her allowed at local tourneys.

So, someone mentioned the idea of melty tournaments some while ago. This is a thing we should do. Any chance we can get a melty setup running alongside the BB/GG/P4/whatever? Also who all would be interested in entering if we did do that? And who could actually bring a setup? I'm too cheap to buy a decent laptop so I can't actually bring one myself... Cookie maybe?

So, I'm thinking of trying to get semi-regular melty meetups running again. Already posted over on meltybread about this but I dunno how many people even still check those boards sooo... Yeah. If by some freak chance no one in Dallas is hosting this weekend I can run something up here in Denton. Unfortunately I've got a final on Friday and pretty much my entire grade for the class depends on it soooo... Yeah. Can't do much this week. Haven't been keeping up all that much with P4A stuff, but it kinda surprises me to hear people are complaining about Chie being OP. Nothing I've seen from her really makes her seem extraordinarily better than anyone else so far. Though maybe I'm just biased 'cause of melee's top tiers being such total bullshit in comparison. Also, fuck Kohaku.

So. Mightfo's hosting a meetup tomorrow? Could you pm me the time/address? Denton crew will probably be going, and bringing the obligatory melty/melee.

The master rahl (Texas Tim) and I will be there tomorrow. I'm pretty sure he said he sent you a pm about it earlier on meltybread, just let him know if you want to catch a ride with us. Anyway, I'll be bringing the melty/smash setup. If anyone could bring a few gamecube controllers it'd probably be pretty helpful... You guys know how mediocre some of my spare controllers are

Unfortunately neither Texas Tim or myself will be able to make it tomorrow, but I haven't heard from either Pfhor or Oldboy at all, so you guys might wanna try and get in touch with them. And Qpunch, Texas Tim and I will probably be playing again this Sunday if you're interested. Just send me a message on here or meltybread or send him one for details I guess. We usually sorta wing it about actual times, but it'll probably be early afternoon.

Also, yeah it was a last arc lol. If I recall correctly, Tim was doing a blockstring and staggered a 236b, and I jumped and shielded it. Hey guys, been lurking the thread for awhile now and figured I'd drop by and post now that someone up here actually has a car. I'm a melty/blazblue/melee/potentially AH3 player up in Denton. I talked to a few of the other guys up here and they're all interested in heading down to the DFW area for some games, probably this Saturday. Could anyone shoot me a PM or something with the address for the meet/the time frame for it? No clue where/when exactly it is, thanks. As far as setups are concerned, we don't really have much in the way of decently sized TVs we can haul around, but we can bring like, two or so melty setups if anyone's interested in trying it. Might also be able to get a ps3 down there if needed. Looking forward to playing everyone tomorrow.
