  1. ok please explain that to me...out-prioritize what exactly? If you're talking about 2p, he can 6p that and beat it out easily. We've already discussed that 2S will lose to his jD. Maybe j.k but he can j.S or j.K and beat that out too. And no good chipp player is going to haphazardly throw out the leaf grab. So what move do I out-prioritize him on exactly?
  2. I totally agree with you on this...now my question is...how is this match in Slayer's favor again? Because if it's just because he can kill chipp in like 2-3 combos then I'm not seeing it.
  3. Ok...time to open this thread up again...I have a problem...can't do shit to this character. Sure I kill him if I hit him, but I can't hit him. So lets stop with the speculation and let's actually talk about what you CAN do against him. We all know what he can do to you...I've barely heard what you can do to him(for the exception of 1 post so far).

I like using ellipses...
  10. It's harder on characters like sol, hos, and johnny b/c of their weird hitboxes...but there is also a little no tension combo that does decent damage for what it is...d-step>It's Late, link 5S, pilebunker...I'll get actual numerical damage later if it's needed

I got a combo that works on everybody...works best in the corner though...I think it's best used on Oki though D-Step >It's Late, link DoT FRC, 5H, j.H, j.k, j.k, j.D, j.2k, j.k, 5k, j.D Does at least 60% on everybody...bout damn near kills Chipp and the lighter characters. The great thing about it is that it's totally hit confirmable...if the It's Late gets blocked you got frame advantage.

  13. ok question...j.5k>standing5H...is it a timing issue, height issue, frame issue...it seems easier to do on some characters than others...but right now it's the most difficult link I've been working on...advice is appreciated

  15. um...let's see...for me...throwing is your best friend in this match...you really can't pressure Baiken too much b/c of the counters and such...I would just tick into throws a lot...another thing...if Baiken just starts jumping and throwing tatami mats in the air...either BBU or DoT that shit...when you see her starting it up
  16. I was reading his post on the SNK peeps need to stop being scared thread or something like that...he's apparently the "leader" of the SNK community(gotta be self appointed)...not that i really know anything...I'm pretty much still a noob as far as the fighting game community goes...

I don't play NGBC enough to judge it...KOF XI I just like more...but then again...I judge games I like on whether or not I find a character that I happen to find cool or something to that respect...which in NGBC it would Iori+Terry. Not that I know how to play with them or anything it's just I don't see them much in vids for that game...maybe Kyo+Iori...I see enough of them in vids...but I don't exactly like Kyo
  18. ok...I got a question...I've been asking around... What's more "broke" KOF XI or NGBC? one person said NGBC...If that's true...then why is the triad trying to get people to play BC instead of KOF XI?
  19. The hardest thing that I've found is like ambiguous motions and double quarter circles especially when your trying to chain stuff
  20. the stick doesn't suck...it's just people got personal preference...I've got the same one and I'm just switching too...it's working pretty good for me...the joystick is very good...the buttons are the only thing I want changed b/c those buttons arn't good for my pinky to press...damn GG controls... My problem is equality on the stick side...somethings I can do like Half-Circles better from right to left...it's especially annoying on dat Arcana...

  23. as I said...I'm still getting used to stick...so that's one reason for connectivity and such... given I was playing pad...it would have been better...
