I just got back into FRC's and I think they might be simple enough to go over, in terms of theory. Unless you're already including that in 'Frames', since it links to recovery time and whatnot.

Awww yeah! I just joined Dust Loop and threads like these make it immediately worthwhile. I used to play pro sad semi-pros in casual settings at homes and whatnot, and this seems like an excellent opportunity to get my skills back up to par! js
