PSA regarding transportation to Texas Showdown: we are leaving just a tad earlier than originally planned, want to start driving down there no later than 4:00PM. If you cannot make it to the apartment before then, please let me know so that I'm not panicking if you're not present. I am getting off work at 3:30 tomorrow, should be back at the apartments close to 3:45 and ready to roll once I'm back. This of course only applies to the people riding with me, car #2 is free to take as much time and twinkletoe around as much as he wants but I'm a busy guy and we probably don't wanna be late to get bodied in Guilty Gear, so be on time!

I have two monitors technically, I'll lug that bigass 32" monitor for usage at the ranbats, and you guys will have to put up with the 3 frames of delay or whatever dumb excuse you come up with after losing your match. Probably will just be used for AH3 though unless you really want to throw it up for a ranbat setup or we don't have enough setups next week. Also assuming I don't need this laptop for melty I could throw together some jank-ass template in Illustrator and record brackets on that if needed.

We don't necessarily have to start running it in the middle of the season if it's more of a headache for chris. I think it would be a smarter idea to just run casuals in our current season and maybe after Love Max!!!!! is out (in late May) we can add it as an official game if there's enough interest. But that's up to him really, personally I'd love it if we did decide to run it right now and have enough people to play it each week. And with that being said I have two copies of the game, I'll be bringing them and probably Melty as well to the ranbats this weekend. Let's get SUGOI AS HELL.

I did want to address this, because I've been planning that trip a little bit. I wanna leave early saturday morning in order to get there before or around noon, which should be enough time to pick up badges and whatnot. BBCP doesn't start until 4pm so that ought to be more than enough time to play casuals until then. I'll probably look on like hotwire or something to get a room for cheap that weekend for at least saturday evening. I can also fit up to three other people in my car, it'd be nice if at least one other person wants to roll with me down there so we split the gas cost. If anyone else was willing to carpool or even drive down, lemme know and we can coordinate this after bar fights or something.

I missed this and I totally would have wanted to try it out. 2d changed to going down and in front of where 5d usually goes and 6d puts it further out and higher up, so overall you get more coverage; plus you can cancel steins into themselves faster now so there's really no excuse not to have any less than two steins out at any given time. so doing 236D and then running up to people is even scarier than it used to be, plus you can activate OD and let them zap away while you pressure them or zone for hours
