first of all, if you used j.D anywhere in your combo, you will have to delay the 5HS after landing, since j.D adds landing recovery. if you didn't, just use 5HS asap after landing. for the timing, at least for this combo: [corner juggle HS], super jump, HS, link D, 2K, K, \/, HS it helps to time the HS -> D link as tight as possible, that way, you will be higher in the air for the rest of the combo, which will give you more leeway to delay the j.K before landing.

took me a mighty long time to finally watch this, and i gotta say it's skitbra! and this is coming from someone who thought baiken combos in AC were boring, i guess you converted me ^^ especially liked the left-right-left stuff against i-no, and the many crazy youzansen frcs at the oddest places, hah. also, that one counter combo with HS left-right-left juggle totally reminded me of what i did in my basarax combovid with kenshin, his C even looks totally like baikens HS, hah ^^

starts on frame 5, with 4 frames startup. , hell, no. chipp ain't no sol. forget about frame trap into DP. there are only 2 times you ever dragonpunch: 1. as a reversal,with 25% tension in case you need the frc (if it whiffs or is blocked, then you frc, double jump away or FD block until you land) 2. running tigerknee dragonpunch (called a "taco" in japan) - relatively safe on block due to the momentum, and counter hit gives you a free relaunch combo. equally bad idea, especially against at least decent opponents - the move is too slow. the only time you ever see it in japan is when it's really unexpected, as, say, an opponent landing from a superjump, you doing the move below him (he can't see it yet), and you land ontop of him. extremely unreliable since you have to be extremely close to do that combo, if not dashing & point blank, and maybe even leaving out S(f). forget it i say. try doing stuff like S,6P,S,2D, 236S, dash, 5P, j.P,P,K(2),K(2),D,alpha for now, and when you feel comfortable with harder combos, try to: CONFIRM vs crouch: any combo into HS, instant air alpha (2369P, you start the motion from the ground, end it in the air), land, relaunch. anyway, most important stuff for beginners: - 6P anti air -> combos on counter hit into 6HS -> air combo. or just do 6P,5HS, air combo without the need for counter hit. - d.2S, 2D, 5K(chained into 2D), HS, 6P are the pokes of choice - max range gamma (41236HS) is extremely useful if you don't overabuse it. also, gamma gives frame advantage on block. - jump, fast shuriken, air dash is a valid way to get in, especially on lower level play.

hey there, you're right - there is no basic move FAQ for chipp (left). most of the old threads got deleted. FRCs j.236P: right after the startup. important for combos. 623S: whenchipp turns around in the air (after the apex of the jump) 236S,236K: right after chipp pushes himself off the ground, before the 236K hits 41236K: during the hit 22D/22HS: right when chipp appears, 2f timing, hard. 632146HS: during the first and 3rd flying punches (you can FRC the super fullscreen before it hits, actually)

actually, no, i won't, i have been using this format since GG. what i'm writing should be perfectly understandable. you shouldn't copy paste anyway as long as there isn't enough info on damage and as long as the combo hasn't been tested against every character.

from the lastest, sick videos from nicovideo: wolf C~B,\/,A,B, j.Ax3,236B,236A,C, B,B,\/,D,B, [C,j.B,dj.B,dj.C] or super. this combo does less damage than the trial BnB off off wolf j.B, but you need less wolf meter for it, so you can use the extra meter for mixup before that (see video). make sure to input everything starting from j.A asap so you are lower, the B,B, relaunch part will get a lot easier that way. also, what helps with the D,B relaunch is this: doubletap D+B. first tap morphs you, 2nd tab triggers B. at least for me it's easier that way. gonna take a look at the other combos now.

i can confirm that this combo works against all characters: 4536 damage, 50% heat: air throw, \/, 236C, 9D, j.A,A,A,236A, 236B, C,B,B,\/,D,B,632146D the trick is to hit them while they are above you with the j.B, twice, so that it barely hits. that way you have more time to morph back, 5B. also, the difficulty seems to vary by hitbox. for some reason, it felt really hard against arakune. gonna try out your combo now and find an ender for it ^^

good question, i'm not sure yet, but from what i've seen and tried out, you and your opponent need to have a certain height when you hit him with the last j.B before landing. the problem is, the timing is quite different depending on the setup. in some combos, you have to delay the 236B, the 7C and the j.B, and in some other combos, you have to do everything ASAP except the j.B. edit: just found out that you might not even need 7C in those combos. i just did the relaunch with C, slightly delayed B,B,\/,5B,super. setup i used vs tsubaki: 5B vs crouch,5C,236C,9D, A,A,A,236A,236B,C, B,B,\/,5D,5B,super.

forget about emulating AC. you don't even need a good pc at all, but the emulation is buggy as hell and there's so much input lag, it's ridiculous. my favourite bug is sprites scrambling randomly, i had slayer use his ground block anim for air block etc.
