I'm thinking for now just automatically assume that Koko is banned from future tournaments by default and start practicing with someone else. Looking at all of the recent threads and articles on SRK I believe it's pretty safe to assume Koko won't be allowed. The general consensus seems to be that she needs a nerf until shes ready for tournament play and I honestly don't blame the majority of people who want her banned. If shes allowed as she is right now I can see tournaments just becoming Blazblue: Kokonoephantasma until Arcsys comes out with an update. On the other hand I can sympathize with Koko mains not wanting to start over this far into the year with big name tournaments just around the corner. I feel like this will severely effect Blazblue's presence in a negative way and the last thing we need is something like this happening for the community. It's a shame that we all can't just unanimously agree on one thing like our friends overseas can without some sort of community backlash.

I'd say like 2 or 3. It really depends on the situation. If they want a rematch for the sake of redeeming themselves I say give them as much as you can stand. But you're right in that people shouldn't just play 20+ matches against the same person in a row. It's aggravating when I walk up to some guy with 8wins, beat him, and he leaves the cab to play so many with another random. Or he beats me and refuses to fight me for whatever reason not related to lag.

I don't think it was you but yeah you did say something similar. I agree, though instead of just taking the spot I think it would be better if you asked if you could start a line first. It would be good to lead by example for the impending English crowd.

This. Who even thought this was a good thing in the first place? I remember back in the first month of this games lifespan some one on here said people shouldn't get upset if they get denied the chance for a second match or a run back for whatever stupid reason related to the lobby being a pseudo arcade. I can understand if the connection is garbage but its just plain rude to give some one one game and leave. Especially if they want a chance to redeem themselves. I think popularity has a little more to do with Carl being lower than Arakune too. Gameplay wise, Ara is harder to play IMO but his design stands out a lot more than Carls does. I knew Carl was unpopular but that number is pathetically low for him.

Maybe. But Bang and Relius don't deserve their spot. They aren't all that hard to play. I think it's more about likeability. somewhere after the 8th slot all the way down to Rachel. I was saying poor Carl because he gets no love.

Funny. I always got the impression that the majority of netplayers like to mash and so they find Azrael difficult because of that. I could understand him being a fan favorite but he doesn't seem like he would be popular gameplay wise.

wat. How do you figure that? I'm lucky to see an Azrael main in a day, let alone fight one in a mirror. Where are you finding all of them? The ones I've fought didn't know what they were doing or only played him as a sub. I fight way more Terumi and Hazama mains.

There isn't anything else to be said that TD hasn't. Yeah, she's broken but I would disagree and say she is auto pilot. I wouldn't ban her from tournaments but I'd be discouraged from joining any that allow her just because of the unfair advantage she presents. She has so many moves that are the best in their rightful category that it's just stupid. She either needs a huge nerf or the rest of the roster needs a huge buff before shes truly ready for tournament play. @ElegantShadow She actually has a lot of ways she can get out of the corner and pressure for free. She does a lot of damage with very little risk involved, can cross the entire screen in a couple seconds, has amazing oki setups, one of the fastest overheads in the game that links off pretty much anything, can cross you up from the other side of the screen without putting herself in danger, and can essentially stuff any approach with graviton and lightning rods. She also has a big health pool so she is anything but a glass canon.

This man knows whats up. The ultimate "Having none of your shit" combo. Is anyone awake to play a scrub Azrael?
