actually you're starting to mention more of keepaway and zoning than actual turtling....turtling is much more defensive than that....cable is throwing out a lot of shit to keepaway and zone, that's not turtling. turling does have some keepaway and zoning, but like originally said...is much more defensive and involves more blocking.
