Sadly NullDC seems to be having issues with 64 bit or Vista (one or the other) you should concider practicing your GG on PS2 instead, works perfectly and you can plug your stick to your PC. pcsx2 would be my reccomendation, played Capcom vs SNK 2 perfectly with it.

Integrating a chat client isn't much of an issue, just need to know what type of chat, such as IRC and all. We can discuss his further later on and jot down some ideas.
