I'm not saying Makoto herself will be a bad character but her already bad matchups are getting buffed, with the exception of Ragna, for no reason at all just to make the matter worse and I feel uncomfortable with the way BBCP is at the moment.

I thought Makoto would be great in BBCP, but despite the fact that she's better than in Extend, so is 90% of the cast (on paper). I'll eventually have to start looking at matches.

Makoto is braindead in this version so far, I mean not much effort is required execution wise to get better results than most of the cast, and with Ragna being really tuned down some may play her instead now. Within the first month once all the characters are released you'll have its true player base, for now its just an exploration phase.

Btw Eishii, this has been bothering for a while, at Summer Jam when you played against kaeru he told me you did a followup from a CH j.B that was somewhat related to 214A~D and led to a corner carry combo but he couldn't describe it properly and I didn't see it either.

Depends your combo path, if you can put the 5D 66 2C 214A~D 5CC j.CC 623C~D (I presume you get better oki with its new properties?) as far as possible, reaching like 3.5k should be a piece of cake with a 2A 5CC starter.
